Worst experience ever!!!! Spoke to the actual tech he convinced me that he would 100% be there at a specific time. Never showed. Called and called and got stood up 3 times, always told they were gonna call back to check on technician. No calls back. Waist of time they should pay me for my time. Or offer free service. Worst of the worst. LAMES. Whatever happened to doing what you say you're gonna do? Why lie? Must of been born a little too slow so maybe I should chill. Nah they suck they're lame and waisted a Friday night. Thanks for nothing. God I wanna really lay some hate but.....

Yagi came to re-key a front gate as key was stolen. Answered promptly, gave estimate of range of cost and came out within a hour and on time! Provided duplicate keys on the spot and tested each one. Yagi is easy to work with, a good communicator who provides professional service for a very reasonable price. Entered this company number into my phone for future jobs. No need to look elsewhere for an excellent lock company!

If i could give this a negative 5 stars, I would. We called this company to help unlock our truck. They said it would be 30-40min ETA. We waited for 1 hour and 15 min and they did not show up. I called and they said they were missing contact information for the credit card but i Clearly had given them a name and contact for the person who would be on-site with the truck. Instead of calling that individual, they proceeded to sit around and do nothing until i called them. As if i could read their minds knowing they were missing information. They should have called the contact number they had and followed up with them regarding the missing information. Finally after nearly 4 hours we were able to get them to our location to unlock the truck. To top it off, after this horrible service, the locksmith gave us a total amount for the call while on-site with the truck and This lesser total amount WAS agreed upon. Then the locksmith proceeded to add an additional charge to the bill that was NOT agreed upon and told the person on-site that it was confirmed by me (i was not on-site).........even though i never confirmed or agreed to this extra charge. Charge is being disputed and now They will not return calls. Our phone number has been blocked. Total rip off. Horrible customer service. This was a very shady, behind your back kind of deal. This company will be reported to the BBB and i will be in contact with the Federal Trade Commission to file a formal complaint.
